Sales Consultant - Harrisburg

Brenner Family of Dealerships is currently seeking Full-Time and Commission-Based Sales Consultants for our Brenner Pre-Owned dealership located at 2222 Paxton Street in Harrisburg. Duties and Responsibilities:

- Understand cars by studying their features and capabilities, as well as comparing and contrasting competitive models.

- Build strong customer relationships and build value for the customer by suggesting trade-ins, respond to inquiries, recommend sales campaigns and promotions.

- Establish and maintain follow-up system, which encourages repeat business referrals.

- Qualify buyers by understanding their interests and requirements by matching requirements and interests to various models, etc.

- Ensure that customers understand the vehicle's operating features, paperwork and warranty.

- Effectively close sales by overcoming objections, complete sales or purchase contracts, explain provisions, offer services, warranties and financing, collect payment and deliver automobile.

- Perform walk-around with new and old customer and demonstrate features of suitable vehicles.

- Report to the sales manager regarding reviews, analyses, objectives, and planned activities.

- Minimum of High School degree or equivalent experience

Digital Marketing Intern

The individual in this position will develop and apply skills and experiences to support the Digital Marketing department of the Brenner Family of Dealerships. Interested applicants should be dynamic self-starters seeking an opportunity to gain experience and expertise in various aspects of digital marketing, communications, and public relations.

Primary Duties

Assisting with the management of social media channels & Reputation Management Platforms

Analyze the performance of digital marketing & social media content

Create content for various social media channels

Website & platform updates/maintenance as needed 

Assist with special events and appropriate meetings

Assist with marketing activities & general office work as needed

Offer support to special projects & research as needed

Additional Requirements/Preferences

Must have knowledge of social media platforms 

Must have strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office

Must own the smartphone and have knowledge of photo/video edit apps (IE: Canva, iMovie, etc)

Creativity and artistic ability to create designs that are interesting and appealing to customers

Analytical ability to examine how the designs will be perceived to ensure they convey the desired message

Ability to work fast and pivot quickly from task to task

Willingness to help with a variety of programs and tasks

Willingness to collaborate with team members of various departments and dealerships

Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written

College students preferred; Recent graduates will also be considered

Marketing, Communications, and Business majors preferred

Scheduling and Time Frame:

This position has a flexible schedule with the minimum requirement of 20 hours a week & will last between 12-15 weeks

Service Technician - Mechanicsburg

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.

- Ensures that customer complaints are handled tactfully, promptly, with genuine concern, and according to dealership's guidelines.

- Makes and implements decisions regarding repair options.

-Determines the appropriate tests to perform on a vehicle to accurately identify problems, and uses appropriate tools and equipment to do so.

- Diagnoses vehicles using appropriate tools, equipment and resources.

- Collects the necessary information (e.g., model year, etc.) before requesting parts.

- Uses computer systems to look up part availability and repair orders.

- Completes repair orders according to dealership policy and within specified time frame.

- Performs preventive maintenance, cleaning and repairs of dealership tools and equipment.

- Performs road tests to ensure repairs are completed properly.

- Ensures the cleanliness of customers' vehicles.

- Provides clear and legible record of service completed for both customer and dealership use.

- Submits all claims promptly.

- Provides technical advice and information to others as needed.

- Understands and complies with federal, state, and local regulations, such as safety requirements, hazardous waste disposal, OSHA, Right-to-Know, etc.



-Must have a valid driver's license.

-Must be eligible for coverage under Zurich's insurance policy.

-Must complete a pre-employment criminal background check & drug screening.

-Must be able to stand for long periods of time and must be able to walk, sit, bend, push/pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach or crawl frequently.

-Will be regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts and moderate noise levels in this working environment.

Disassemble / Reassemble Technician - Brenner Collision Center West

Brenner Collision Center West has an opening for a Disassemble/Reassemble Technician for various shifts.



- Completes the disassembly of vehicles in an organized manner.
- Plans work procedures with lead technicians and service advisors.
- Repairs plastic parts using a variety of hand and power tools.
- Performs minor repairs based on qualifications.
- Inspects repair for fit and integrity.
- Complies with all Brenner safety rules, guidelines and standards.
- Performs other related duties as assigned to ensure an efficient and effective repair.
- Mechanical background preferred but willing to train in-house.


- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must complete a criminal background check & drug screening.
- Will be regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts.
- Moderate noise levels in this working environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
